Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruiting function and is responsible for building and executing a talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters across corporate and operational hiring
- Design and own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from intake to onboarding handoff
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans
- Develop employer brand strategies and recruiting marketing to attract top talent
- Establish recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track team performance
- Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and sourcing partners
Typical Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years in a team lead or management role
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and offer management
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function in a growing organization
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
