Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruiting function and is responsible for building and executing a talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters across corporate and operational hiring
  • Design and own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from intake to onboarding handoff
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans
  • Develop employer brand strategies and recruiting marketing to attract top talent
  • Establish recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track team performance
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and sourcing partners

Typical Qualifications

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years in a team lead or management role
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and offer management
  • Experience building or scaling a recruiting function in a growing organization
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
