HR Director
The Human Resources Director leads the day-to-day HR function and serves as a strategic business partner to leaders across the organization. This role oversees core HR programs including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR function including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Lead performance management and employee development initiatives
Typical Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a director-level role
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience managing a team and partnering with senior business leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
