Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as the top HR executive, responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that supports organizational growth, culture, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations

Typical Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills
- Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and culture building
