Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as the top HR executive, responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that supports organizational growth, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations
  • Develop and execute the organization's people and culture strategy
  • Partner with the executive team on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning

Typical Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience leading HR strategy in a growing or complex organization
  • Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills
  • Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and culture building
