Senior Recruiter
The Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for complex or high-priority roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and deliver strong candidate slates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job profiles, scorecards, and interview processes
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate screens and deliver structured assessments to hiring teams
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through closing and onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and progress
Typical Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates across multiple functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple open requisitions
