Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting for complex or high-priority roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and deliver strong candidate slates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job profiles, scorecards, and interview processes
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through proactive outreach and networking
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens and deliver structured assessments to hiring teams
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through closing and onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and progress

Typical Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates across multiple functions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple open requisitions
