Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives, serving as a strategic partner who manages time, information, and priorities with discretion and precision. This role is critical to keeping leadership focused and the organization running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics for senior executives
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and board communications
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for executive communications
- Coordinate across departments to ensure executive priorities are executed effectively
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing demands on time and attention
Typical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
