Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization and translating strategic vision into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions including production, supply chain, logistics, and service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals
  • Build and lead high-performing operational teams across multiple functions
  • Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and quality initiatives
  • Establish KPIs and operational dashboards to track performance
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning and organizational design

Typical Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling operations in a growing organization
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
