Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides essential day-to-day administrative support that keeps teams and operations running efficiently. This role is a foundational position that contributes to organizational effectiveness through coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team members
  • Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records
  • Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Provide general administrative support across departments as needed

Typical Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor
