Director of Finance
The Director of Finance leads financial planning and analysis and serves as a key business partner to operational leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards to senior leadership
- Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial accountability and performance
- Oversee FP&A team and develop analyst-level talent
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, capital planning, and scenario modeling
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting
Typical Qualifications
- 8+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a director or senior manager role
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with non-finance leaders
- Experience with ERP and FP&A software platforms
